1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items that show signs of use, damage not caused during delivery, or are missing parts will not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Approval and Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Since we offer Cash on Delivery as our only payment method, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • If the product is returned and approved for a refund, the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of pickup or via another mutually agreed method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Customized or special-order items
